Responsibilities
Operate and monitor equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines
Prepare and set up workpieces, ensuring proper cleaning and surface preparation
Mix and prepare solutions according to specified formulas and guidelines
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed
Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet specified depth, clarity, and appearance requirements
Keep accurate records of process parameters, maintenance activities
Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certification is a plus.
Line Operator or similar role (some technical background)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Basic understanding of chemical handling and safety protocols.
Strong team-playing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and contribute positively to group efforts.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
